Order Processing Time

All Decoupage orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Hand Stamped items are processed within 5-10 days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA): [2-5 business days* (not guaranteed) business days]

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

 

International Shipping

At this time we don't offer international shipping 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Country Girl Giftsok is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
